All payments made to Grovix for digital marketing services are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in a specific service agreement or contract.
This is because:
• Our services involve creative time, platform access, manpower, and campaign execution which begin shortly after payment.
• Most deliverables (memes, content, shoutouts, etc.) are intangible and cannot be returned once created or published.
2. Refunds May Be Considered Only If:
• The project was cancelled by Grovix before any major execution.
• A double payment or incorrect transaction was made (subject to verification).
3. Refunds Will NOT Be Granted If:
• You change your mind after a campaign or service has started.
• The performance of the campaign (e.g., reach, likes, shares) does not meet personal expectations.
• Delays are caused by your team (e.g., content approvals, asset sharing).
• You did not read the service scope or terms properly before payment.
4. How to Request a Refund (If Eligible)
To request a refund, you must:
• Email us at Business@grovix.in within 7 days of the transaction
• Include proof of payment, reason for request, and any supporting evidence
Our team will review your request and respond within 5–7 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days via the original payment method.

Grovix reserves the right to change or update this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
